Release The Tight Grip of Seriousness

It may rob you of the freedom to be sincere!

Have you noticed that while sincerity seems to flow very naturally, a certain tension goes along with a serious attitude?

Remove the wax!

The Latin word Sincere (“sin cerae”) means “without wax”!

During Roman times, as the story goes, the claim that a sculpture or structure was “sine cera” was the guarantee that it would not be fraudulent or collapse!

So, if you recognize that you’re accumulating a bit of wax here and there, what is its source?

One way to find out is by scanning the body for those little places holding on to tension and inviting a conscious breath there.

From this, you may discover that expectations are what’s stored within your body.

So, layer by layer, as you release this burden, you also become more connected, more sincere.
