I’m a Clinical Ayurveda Specialist since 2003, and really, what that means is that I’ve been captivated by Wellness as a whole for a good long while now. 

My deepest intrigue surrounds the path of claiming wellness in this demanding world of ours that is constantly pulling us away from the innate wisdom our bodies hold. 

My aim is to provide you with creative reminders to look inside more often. We do this by familiarizing you with your internal compass in practical ways —ways that integrate your unique needs and your usual interaction with your environment.

We’ll go deep and we’ll have a really good time, because learning how to take better care of you is a gift that you bring to the world. And, as you know well, this world needs your gifts.
