Christianne Asper-Contant
CAS, E-RYT 500, YACEP
Christianne Asper-Contant, CAS ERYT-500, specializes in translating ancient wisdom into practical tools for living in wholeness. She empowers and guides individuals to cultivate self-agency, helping them thrive amidst life’s intensely growing demands with a light and resilient approach.
Her unique approach is rooted in the concept of ‘Bem Estar’ — a term from her native tongue that translates to the “beautiful ease of living from your inner compass.” Christianne helps you foster this delicate ‘Art Form’ by addressing key pillars like deep rest, sustaining vitality, and nourishment through food wisdom. Through her guidance, you are encouraged to play an active, empowered role in your own well-being journey.
Christianne’s mature knowledge as a Clinical Ayurveda Specialist began in the three years preceding her certification by The California College of Ayurveda in 2003 and has continued via her studies under renowned teachers like Dr. Vasant Lad and Dr. David Frawley (Pandit Vamadeva Shastri). Her extensive credentials also include being a certified Yoga Teacher since 2007, with specializations in Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Relax and Renew®, and Advanced Teacher Training. Before dedicating herself entirely to the wisdom sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga, Christianne spent over a decade as an ACE-certified Health Coach, following her Psychology degree from CSULB.
Based in Rochester, NY, Christianne also serves as the Yoga Director at The Assisi Institute and is the driving force behind Well-being Compass. She offers a guiding hand, ready to serve as your ‘personal navigator’ on your path to harmony and awe.
