Hello, I’m Christianne
My journey is rooted in that whisper. For years, I was caught relentlessly “doing life,” treating my body like a machine amidst the cycle of push and depletion. The discovery of Ayurveda—what I call Natural Intelligence—shifted the air around me, and one day I realized that I was dancing to a more enlivened flow. A flow that would invite me to appreciate this moment, having just been caught up ‘Anywhere But Here’.
While having a really good time this new rhythm, I also found myself translating the timeless, vast, and deep wisdom of Ayurveda for others in ways that they could genuinely benefit from.
From this process, my approach to wellness was born:
- Learn what makes you unique and observe how these characteristics interact with your environment, so you know what to gravitate towards or away from.
- Tune inwardly more of the time, so you can hear the guidance of Natural Intelligence via your own common sense—yes, that sense that may fade amidst the louder, more demanding noise: “Push harder! Go! Fix it all now!”
- Become more receptive to Wonder—that sense that reveals the ways for hearing what your mind is not yet ready to comprehend, allowing you to follow your inner compass.
As your personal navigator, I help you create your own formula towards conscious shifts within your existing routines, interactions, and intimate connections. A formula that allows you to both enjoy a more enlivened experience and come home to yourself more of the time.
The Roots of My Practice
My work is informed by my profession as a Clinical Ayurveda Specialist, a degree in Psychology, and E-RYT 500 Yoga certification, and eight years so far as the Yoga Director at The Assisi Institute. I have been fortunate to study under foundational teachers like Dr. Marc Halpern, Dr. David Frawley, and Dr. Vasant Lad.
This isn’t just theory; it’s a well-worn roadmap, shaped through missteps, trials, and all of life’s humor. As the force behind Well-being Compass, I’m here to help you move beyond burnout and find your way home—feeling held, not judged, as you gain clarity and confidence in reading your own compass.
