Not because something is wrong,
but because your rhythm may have been pulled off course.
This is where the practice begins…
not by doing more,
but by noticing differently.
The truth is, you already have a built-in guide.
Your body is constantly communicating…
through energy, digestion, sleep,
and the way you move through your day.
My role is to help you learn its simple language…
so that, when life begins to feel unsettled,
instead of feeling scattered, burned out, or heavy,
you can respond in a way that restores balance.
Your body isn’t working against you,
it’s showing you the way back.
Think of me not as a distant authority,
but as a guide alongside you.
Offering structure, perspective, and simple tools
so you can reconnect with your own sense of direction
As you begin to align with your natural rhythm,
the way you move through your life—and its inevitable demands—begins to shift.

Not because you’ve added more rules,
but because you’ve returned to what was already there.
This work is expressed through Rhythm Reset,
a simple practice of reading the body’s signals
and responding with small shifts that restore balance.
Rooted in the wisdom traditions of yoga and Ayurveda — sister sciences —
it is translated into simple, practical ways to understand the body
and restore balance in everyday life.
From this foundation,
I offer guided experiences that help you apply this in your own life.
I’ve been studying and teaching these practices since 2003.
I also continue to steward Assisi Yoga, a space I’ve been caring for since 2018.
